Asure Software (NASDAQ:ASUR) reported fourth quarter earnings before market open today, that came in line with street view.

On a GAAP basis, ASUR reported net income of 13 cents per share, compared with loss of 8 cents per share, a year ago period.

Excluding special items, the company announced Non-GAAP net income of 10 cents per share.

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, ASUR recorded Revenue that rose 43% to $ 9.70 million from $ 6.80 million in the same quarter last year.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected Asure Software to reveal income of $ 0.10 per share on revenue of $ 10.01 million for the fourth quarter.

Asure CEO, Pat Goepel, stated: This Q4 was another strong quarter for us, highlighted by double-digit year-over-year growth in revenue, gross profit, EBITDA, and net income.

For the full year 2017, the company expects, revenue in the range of $45 million to $47 million and Non-GAAP earnings between $0.60 and $0.75 per share.
